Baosteel Construction is a diversified enterprise with global business that specializes in the designing, fabrication, erection, and professional general contracting management of structural steel, with wide range of products and services. Joget Workflow is used to develop the Employee and Department Satisfaction Survey System that allows the General Management and HR Department to capture staff satisfaction for statistical analysis and reporting.

 

Corning Life Science

Corning Life Science in Wujiang, is a new subsidiary of INDONESIACorning China. Corning is the world leader in specialty glass and ceramics that sells keystone components, which enable high-technology systems for consumer electronics, mobile emissions control, telecommunications, and life sciences. Corning Life Science in Wujiang is using Joget Workflow as the platform to develop their Office Automation Workflow Management System. The system currently automates the office day to day operations such as visitor appointments, promotion request and approval; inter department service request, etc.

 

Blue Bird Group

Blue Bird Group is one of the largest logistic providers in Indonesia. From a humble beginning of just 25 taxi cabs in 1972, Blue Bird Group has since grown and expanded its business from passenger transportation to integrated logistics, property and manufacturing. Blue Bird Group utilizes Joget Workflow to develop a Helpdesk system to manage all SAP system requests such as issue reporting, feature requests and new module development. All requests are put through a stringent approval cycle prior to development. Other areas where automation is applied are vehicle material and equipment requests and approvals.

 

BCA Finance

Established in 1981, BCA Finance is one of the largest finance institutions in Indonesia. It operates as a subsidiary of Bank Central Asia and currently runs 48 branches serving 360,000 customers across the nation. BCA Finance has multiple systems to handle their daily operations. It utilizes Joget Workflow to develop a User ID Workflow application for managing employee access to those systems. ID requests and approvals are routed and approved based on the rules of the HR Management system. Once the request is approved, the User ID Workflow application will automatically create the User ID and set the user access permission in the other systems.

 

Kaplan

Kaplan emerged from humble beginnings some 70 years ago when founder Stanley Kaplan started offering “tuition” classes in his Brooklyn basement in 1938. It has since become a leading international provider of educational and career services for individuals, schools and businesses, catering to more than 1 million students from more than 500 locations around the world. Kaplan in Singapore is made up of 2 main divisions – Kaplan Higher Education and Kaplan Learning Institute. Through collaboration and partnership with prestigious Australian and European universities, Kaplan Higher Education offers career-oriented academic programs designed to provide students with the skills necessary to qualify them for employment in various fields. Kaplan Singapore utilizes Joget Workflow to develop various applications to manage and automate their operations. Hosted on Amazon Cloud, their applications handles up to 1500 concurrent users.

 

Wilayah Persekutuan Infrastructure

Wilayah Persekutuan Infrastructure is a Malaysian government-linked company established to address the increasing need for an organized and coordinated processes and systems to regulate the development of telecommunications infrastructure in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.Wilayah Persekutuan Infrastructure needed a web-based online system for their customers to submit telecommunication infrastructure applications. Developed using Joget Workflow, the Wilayah Online Telecommunication Submission and Tracking System (WoNS) manages the routing and approval of customer applications.

 

Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC)

Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) is owned and funded by the Malaysian government. It develops MSC Malaysia-specific practices, and set breakthrough standards for multimedia operations, and advices the government on legislation and policies. It is the gateway to MSC Malaysia, providing a one-stop agency that focuses on ensuring the success of MSC Malaysia and the companies operating under it. MDeC rolls out talent development programs aimed at both students and working professionals. Recent examples include MSC Malaysia MyUniAlliance and the MyProCert certification program which is part of the Human Capital Development Strategic Reform initiative, a project under the Economic Transformation Program (ETP). The Application Processing Management System 2 (APMS2) was developed using Joget Workflow for training institutions to submit and manage all their talent development programs, from initial application to reimbursement. MDeC Talent Development staffs are able to view and approve the applications online and generate their weekly and monthly KPI reports.
